The Bible is at the Heart of Our Faith and our relationship with God. Scripture informs our beliefs and inspires our devotions. It is the living Word of God, where our Father meets with us and lovingly speaks to us. Reading the Bible should bring us closer to Christ, but understanding it is not always easy. Many people say they have tried time and again to prayerfully read Scripture, but they get frustrated because they “just don’t get it.”

“Attending Bible Study has enriched our Mass experience. At Mass we have heard the same bible stories repeatedly but usually depend solely on the homily to “flesh out” these readings. Since attending Bible Study we approach Mass with a better understanding of the readings, and get a deeper understanding of the homily. Bible Study also provides a means of fellowship to enrich our faith experience. Catholicism is both an individual and group faith.”

Come Join Us!

Meetings start at 7 PM. Arrive a little early to get a coffee or tea and snacks and find a seat. Typically meetings consist of a slide presentation, a review of the previous week’s study and that night’s topic, then refreshment break, followed by a video on the section of Scripture being covered. You don’t need to bring a Bible, as the verses are displayed on a projector screen. If you don’t have a Bible and would like one, we can assist you in getting one. There is no registration cost and plenty of free parking. Reading the Bible can be an amazing journey with God. Let us help you.
